How do departures, group sizes and prices work?
Each tour gets fixed departure dates with a maximum group size, and a departure closes itself when full. Prices can be set for adults, children and infants, with a single supplement and seasonal rates, and the total updates as travellers are added.
Can travellers pay a deposit and the balance later?
Yes. You set the deposit for each tour, as a fixed amount per person or a share of the total, and when the balance falls due. Travellers pay the deposit at checkout and get reminder emails before the balance is due.
Can local guides list their own tours on my site?
Yes, in marketplace mode. Guides and small operators register, list their own activities with their own dates and prices, and manage bookings from a dashboard. You approve each listing, set the commission rate, and your share is recorded on every booking.
Does the theme search flights or connect to airline systems?
No. The theme sells tours, packages and activities that you or your partner operators run. It does not search flights, connect to airline booking systems or pull live hotel inventory. If a package includes a stay, you price it as part of the tour.
