Choose GrowthOur design, content and website services are for Care Plan clients only. Small jobs come off your monthly hours. Bigger projects, like a website redesign, a new shop or moving platforms, are priced for you first on either plan.
Prices are per website. Additional sites on the same account are 25% off.

A few things to know before we get started.
What does the free evaluation actually involve?
We review your website and send you a document showing where it stands, what we recommend and what it would cost. It's free, with no obligation, and yours to keep.
What's the difference between Managed and Growth?
Managed gives you 5 hours of design and content work each month, for things like social posts, ads, emails, print and website updates. Growth gives you 10 hours, adds video, landing pages, copywriting and mobile app development, and includes SEO work that doesn't use your hours.
What happens to my hours if I don't use them?
Managed includes 5 hours a month and Growth includes 10. SEO work on Growth doesn't use your hours. Unused hours don't roll over to the next month. If you often need more, we'll suggest moving up a plan rather than charging you extra without asking.
Can you do bigger projects or custom features?
Yes, for Care Plan clients. Jobs like the services listed on your plan come out of your monthly hours. Bigger projects, such as a website redesign, a new shop, moving platforms or a custom feature, are priced for you first. We don't take on one-off projects for people who aren't on a plan.
Do you host my website?
No. Your site stays on your own hosting account, so you keep control of it. Your host runs the server, and we look after the site on it. There's no migration and no lock-in, so if you ever stop, everything is already where it should be.
What if my hosting is the problem?
Then the evaluation will say so. If your hosting is holding your site back, we'll tell you what would work better and why. It's a recommendation, not a condition, and we don't sell hosting.
Do I need a PremiumPress licence?
Yes. Care Plans are for sites running a PremiumPress theme, so you'll need a current licence. If you don't have one yet, the evaluation will tell you which theme fits what you're building.
Do you work with adult or escort directory websites?
Yes. We do the technical, design and SEO work on the site. What we don't do is moderate, approve or vet listings, adverts or advertisers, and we don't handle your payments. Those stay with you as the site operator, along with age verification and any other rules your site has to follow.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Your site stays yours because it never leaves your hosting account. We remove our access within 24 hours and confirm it in writing. Monthly fees aren't refunded part-way through a month, and the $99 setup fee isn't refundable once the setup is done.
Are you responsible for uptime?
No. Uptime is your hosting company's job, because they run the server. We don't sell hosting. We're responsible for the work in your plan and the numbers in your monthly report.
We want to expand into other countries. How does that work?
Growth covers one target market. Each extra country is priced separately because it's its own work: local research, translation, content and links. We'd rather do one country well than several badly.
Can you get us to the top of our market?
We won't promise a ranking, and you should be careful of anyone who does, because nobody controls Google. We'll show you the gap between you and the competitors you name, work through it in a sensible order and report every month on whether it's closing. If the gap can't realistically be closed, we'll tell you.
Can you look after more than one site?
Yes. Extra sites on the same account are 25% off. Each site has its own plan, because the work is per site.
