What can I rent out with the rental WordPress theme?

Is it a car rental WordPress theme or a marketplace theme?
Both. Run a single-company car hire website where every vehicle is yours, or let approved owners list their own cars, vans and kit while you take a commission. You can also list your own fleet next to owner listings.
How does pricing work: by the hour, day or week?
Each listing can have hourly, daily and weekly rates plus a minimum rental period. Checkout works out the cheapest correct total, then adds extras, delivery and the refundable deposit, so renters see the full breakdown before paying.
Can I take a security or damage deposit?
Yes. You set a deposit per listing, shown separately from the rental price at checkout. After return you release it in full or record a deduction against the handover checklist, with the reason stored on the booking.
Can renters upload a driving licence or ID before they collect?
Yes. Switch on verification and renters upload the documents you ask for, such as a driving licence. Bookings stay pending until you or the owner approve the renter, and approved renters do not upload again next time.
Do you take a commission on my rentals?
No. PremiumPress charges a one-time $99 for the theme and takes nothing from your bookings. In a rental marketplace, the commission you charge owners is yours to keep. Only your payment gateway's normal card fee applies.
How is this different from the PrivateLet vacation rental theme?
