Do you only work on PremiumPress sites?
PremiumPress is what we know best, so that's where we do our best work. Tell us about your site in the free evaluation and we'll say honestly whether we're the right fit.
Will my changes be lost when the theme updates?
No. We build changes the way the theme expects, so they survive updates.
Can you fix something that's broken?
Yes. Care Plan clients can send fixes through their members area, and emergencies such as a site that's down go to the front of the queue.
Do you need access to my site?
Yes, an administrator login for your website. We never need your payment or bank details.
What will the work cost?
Every job is different, so you get an estimate before any code is written.
