Setting up TrueLayer in PremiumPress
Activate the free plugin, then open your theme’s payment settings and add your TrueLayer credentials:
- Client ID — TrueLayer Console → your app → Client ID.
- Client secret
- Signing key ID (kid) — The ID of the EC signing key uploaded to the Console — used for the Tl-Signature header.
- Signing private key (PEM) — The ES512 private key paired with the key ID above.
- Merchant account ID — The beneficiary merchant account funds are paid into.
A client-credentials token authorises creating a payment; the buyer is sent to TrueLayer’s hosted payment page and the payment status is confirmed via the API on return. The plugin requires PremiumPress 12.
