About Kushki

Kushki is a Latin American payment aggregator offering cards, bank transfers and cash through one API across the region.

What Kushki supports

Card payments across Latin America via Kushki — one-time payments.

  • Payment methods: Cards, transfers, cash, local methods
  • Where it works: Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Peru, Ecuador and LatAm
  • Billing: one-off payments
  • Price: free for every PremiumPress member

Setting up Kushki in PremiumPress

Activate the free plugin, then open your theme’s payment settings and add your Kushki credentials:

  • Public merchant ID — Kushki Console → Credentials. Used by Kushki.js to tokenize the card in the browser.
  • Private merchant ID — Server credential for charges and status reads. Set your Kushki webhook URL

Card details are tokenized in the browser with Kushki.js and charged server-side; the charge is confirmed against the Kushki API before the order completes. The plugin requires PremiumPress 12.

Kushki plugin FAQ

What do I need to set up Kushki in WordPress?

You'll need a Kushki account and its Public merchant ID and Private merchant ID, which you enter in your PremiumPress theme's payment settings. The plugin itself is free for members.

Does Kushki support recurring subscriptions?

Kushki handles one-off payments in PremiumPress. If you need recurring billing, choose a gateway shown under the Subscriptions filter on the plugins page.

How does the Kushki checkout work?

Card charges across Latin America via the Kushki API, with authoritative verification and a notification webhook. Card capture uses Kushki.js client-side tokenization, wired on a self-hosted launch page.
