Setting up CoinGate in PremiumPress

Activate the free plugin, then open your theme’s payment settings and add your CoinGate credentials:

• API auth token — CoinGate → Account → API → create an app with the “Create orders” permission.

Prices are set in your store currency and converted to crypto at checkout. One-time payments only — no subscriptions. The plugin requires PremiumPress 12.

What do I need to set up CoinGate in WordPress?

You'll need a CoinGate account and its API auth token, which you enter in your PremiumPress theme's payment settings. The plugin itself is free for members.

Does CoinGate support recurring subscriptions?

CoinGate handles one-off payments in PremiumPress. If you need recurring billing, choose a gateway shown under the Subscriptions filter on the plugins page.

How does the CoinGate checkout work?

Real one-time cryptocurrency payments via the CoinGate Orders API (hosted redirect), with an authoritative order-status verification and a callback webhook. No SDK — direct REST via wp_remote_request.
