Setting up Cashfree in PremiumPress

Activate the free plugin, then open your theme’s payment settings and add your Cashfree credentials:

• App ID (x-client-id) — Cashfree Merchant Dashboard → Developers → API Keys.
• Secret key (x-client-secret) — The secret paired with the App ID. Add a webhook in Cashfree

Amounts are sent in rupees (decimal). The webhook signature is verified with your secret key before an order completes. The plugin requires PremiumPress 12.

What do I need to set up Cashfree in WordPress?

You'll need a Cashfree account and its App ID (x-client-id) and Secret key (x-client-secret), which you enter in your PremiumPress theme's payment settings. The plugin itself is free for members.

Does Cashfree support recurring subscriptions?

Cashfree handles one-off payments in PremiumPress. If you need recurring billing, choose a gateway shown under the Subscriptions filter on the plugins page.

How does the Cashfree checkout work?

Real one-time payments via Cashfree Payment Links, with API verification on the buyer’s return and a signature-verified webhook that re-confirms before completing the order.
