Affiliate Agreement
The terms of the PremiumPress affiliate programme — what you earn, how it's tracked, and how you get paid.
Last updated: 8 September 2026
1. Who this agreement is between
This agreement is between Premium Press, LTD (“PremiumPress”, “we”, “us”) and you, the affiliate. It applies from the moment you submit an application and for as long as you hold an affiliate account with us.
You are an independent contractor. Nothing here creates an employment relationship, a partnership, a joint venture or an agency between us, and you may not present yourself as any of those things.
2. Joining
The programme is free to join and open to anyone. You do not need to have bought a PremiumPress product.
Every application is reviewed by a person. We may decline an application, and we do not have to give a reason. Nothing is issued to you until an application is approved — in particular, you have no tracking link and can earn no commission before then.
On approval we issue you a tracking code. It identifies you personally. You may not sell it, share it, or let anybody else promote under it, and we may treat referrals that appear to come from somebody else using your code as not qualifying.
3. How referrals are tracked
Your tracking link sets a cookie in the visitor’s browser that lasts 30 days. If that visitor buys from us within those 30 days, and the other conditions in section 4 are met, the sale is credited to you.
We can only credit referrals we can see. If a visitor clears their cookies, blocks them, switches browser or device, or buys more than 30 days after clicking, we will have no record connecting the sale to you and no commission is due. We are not able to reconstruct such a referral after the fact.
You may point your link at any page on premiumpress.com. You may not alter, wrap or obscure it in a way that changes how the referral is recorded.
4. What earns commission
Commission is earned on a referred customer’s first purchase — that is, a purchase by somebody who has not bought from us before. The programme pays for introductions.
The following do not earn commission:
- Purchases by people who were already our customers, even through your link.
- Support renewals and later upgrades by a customer you referred.
- Your own purchases, and purchases you arrange on your own behalf.
- Orders that are cancelled, refunded, or reversed by the payment provider.
- Orders placed outside our own checkout on premiumpress.com.
5. Commission rates
Rates are set by the number of qualifying sales you refer in a calendar month:
- 30% — standard rate.
- 50% — from your 10th qualifying sale in the month.
- 70% — from your 25th qualifying sale in the month.
When you reach a tier, the higher rate is applied to every qualifying sale you made in that same month, including those made before you reached it. The count resets at the start of each calendar month. A sale that is later reversed stops counting towards the tier, which can move your rate for that month back down.
We may change these rates. A change applies only to sales made after it takes effect — commission you have already earned is never repriced, whether it has been paid or is still being held.
6. Payment
Commission is held for 90 days from the date of the sale before it becomes payable. This covers refunds and payment-provider chargebacks, which can be raised long after a purchase. Your held balance and the date each amount is released are visible in your account throughout.
Once your released balance reaches the minimum payout of US$100 it is paid in the next payment run. The minimum applies per currency. Below it, your commission stays in your account and continues to accumulate.
Commission is calculated and paid in US dollars. We pay by PayPal or bank transfer to the details you provide in your account. We cannot pay you until you have provided them, and we are not responsible for payments that fail or go astray because the details you gave are wrong or out of date. Any transfer fees or currency conversion charged by your own provider are yours.
7. Refunds, chargebacks and adjustments
If a referred sale is refunded or charged back, the commission on it is reversed and removed from your balance, and it stops counting towards that month’s tier. We offer a 10-day money-back guarantee, so this is usually settled well within the 90-day hold.
Where commission has already been paid on a sale that is subsequently refunded or charged back, we may deduct the amount from your future commission.
If we believe commission has been generated in breach of section 8, we may withhold or reverse it while we look into it.
8. What you must not do
You must not:
- Bid on our brand in paid search. You may not bid on “PremiumPress” or close variants and misspellings of it, and you may not point paid advertising directly at premiumpress.com. Paid traffic to your own site or content is fine.
- Use “PremiumPress” or a confusingly similar name in a domain name, subdomain, social media handle or app name.
- Present yourself as PremiumPress, or imply that you are us, that you speak for us, or that your site is an official one.
- Make claims about our products, prices, guarantees or features that are untrue or that we have not published.
- Offer, advertise or discuss pirated, “nulled”, cracked or otherwise unlicensed copies of our products, or promote from a site that does.
- Send unsolicited bulk email, post your link as spam, or promote in any way that breaches the rules of the platform you are using.
- Force, inject, stuff or automate clicks on your link, or attempt to create referrals that did not come from a real person choosing to click.
- Refer yourself, or arrange for somebody to buy on your behalf through your link.
- Offer a rebate or cash incentive funded from your commission without telling us first.
Coupon, deal and cashback sites are permitted, provided everything else in this section is observed and any code or offer you publish is one we have actually issued.
9. Inactive accounts
If your account refers no qualifying sales for 12 consecutive months and holds a balance below the minimum payout, we may close the account and the remaining balance is forfeited. We will email the address on your account before we do this, so you have the opportunity to tell us you are still active.
10. Suspension and ending this agreement
You may leave the programme at any time. We may suspend or close your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you are in breach of section 8 or if we decide to end the programme.
A suspended tracking link keeps working as an ordinary link but stops earning commission. If your account is closed and you are not in breach, we pay any released commission over the minimum in the normal way. If it is closed for breach, we may withhold commission connected to that breach.
11. Tax
You are responsible for declaring and paying any tax due on what you earn. We do not withhold tax and we do not provide tax advice. Depending on where you live you may need to account for this income yourself.
12. Your information
To run the programme we store the details you give us — your name, email address, website and payment details — along with a record of clicks on your link and the sales credited to you. Click records hold a one-way hash of the visitor’s IP address rather than the address itself, so we can tell two visitors apart without keeping a log of who they are. Our Privacy Policy covers this in full.
13. Changes to this agreement
We may change this agreement. The date at the top shows when it was last revised, and continuing in the programme after a change means you accept it. Where a change materially affects what you earn we will email affiliates with an active account. Section 5 governs rate changes: they never apply to commission already earned.
14. Liability
Our total liability to you in connection with the affiliate programme is limited to the commission properly due to you and unpaid. We are not liable for lost profits, lost opportunity, or costs you incur promoting us.
We do not guarantee any level of earnings. Any figures or examples shown on our affiliate page illustrate how commission is calculated; they are not a forecast of what you will earn.
15. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and the courts sitting in and for Hong Kong have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from it. This does not affect any rights you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.
16. Getting in touch
Questions about the programme, or about a sale you think is missing, go to support@premiumpress.com. The affiliate programme page answers the most common ones.
