WP 3.6 Issue w WordPress SEO

I upgraded to wp 3.6 today and read the 3.6 Issues thread. I am running DirectoryPress 7.1.4 with the new PPT files from the issue log.

The issue is the WordPress SEO by Yoast post editor box will not expand to allow entering the data for new posts or editing it on post that have the data already. The SEO check button in the sidebar is also not functional. When I drop down to wp 3.5.1 the issue is not present.

I did just order the responsive verision of the theme so maybe that will resovle it.
