Want to change color and wording for "Apply Discount Code" on the select payment

I want to change the wording from “Apply Discount Code” to “Click Here To Apply Your Discount Code” and change the color of the wording from black to white.

I’ve gone to “Design Setup/Button Color and changed text to #FFFFFF but the “Apply Discount Code wording stays black.
