V 5.7 – No Updates Available

I have just downloaded the PP Auction theme this week. My version on WordPress shows 5.7 but from reading through the posts it looks like 6.3 is current. I have gone to the Admin updates section and it shows that all themes are current. Reading through the updates, it looks like I am definitely missing some of the recently new functions (like shipping price by item). Can anyone provide any suggestions? Thank you.
