User Uploaded Images no longer available?

I upgraded to the Real Estate Responsive Theme 4.9 upgrade. My RealtyPortal.ca Web site had the ability for users to upload their own images of their properties on version 4.7 before I think. I did change from the iGreat child theme at one point to the TechFlow child theme.

I tried to find a discussion on this topic but don’t think it has been brought up. Seems some of the images that I uploaded on other versions were also wiped. Was the image upload feature taken off on purpose? It was great and made my life easier and I was sad to see it gone when I upgraded. Is it a bug? Something I need to activate?
