Seems like this would be a fairly easy fix and an important one. We are running into the same issue. When people list themselves and upload their photo everything looks great accept the display picture sizes all vary which makes your wonderful site look messy and unprofessional.
In the next update of the theme could you focus on how picture submission sizes from members submitting a listing could all be uniform. This is very important.
