* Upgraded to WP 4.7 = Paypal doesnt work now

I have upgraded to WordPress 4.7
Now my Paypal doesn’t work.

All settings are the same.

Problem: When someone lists an item for a price it shows Zero dollars.
Example Below:

I go and list an item
Item is: Tomato Loose Truss 100 Crate
Cost of listing: $2.00

When I select ‘Make Payment’ > ‘Payment Option $0’ [Screenshot attached]

It shows Zero dollars?

When I select ‘Pay Now’

‘Purchase Details’ come up [Screenshot attached]
This screen is asking me to pay for the product and not the listing?

This actually happened before BUT the reason why was that I had the wrong ‘Currency Code’ I changed it to the correct one and it was fine. Now I have upgraded to WP 4.7 and now this problem has occured again and I have checked all paypal details and everything seems fine
