    It’s been over a year since I played with PremiumPress Real Estate themes.

    So, I am back and starting over with the latest Responsive Real Estate.

    After a quick look around again I am reminded that it is useless to start setting it all up for myself until I have a fresh install withOUT the sample data.

    What is the cleanest way to re-install 6.5.7 Virgin condition with no “traces” in the WordPress tables of the “data demo” installation?
