Theme update problem

I recently updated to theme 8.9.3 and under mobile mode when I login to my account, my profile picture is huge and cuts off the screen. It disrupts the page to show more of the background. I have switch to a different picture but the same thing happens Also for some reason my background is red. It wont allow me to change the color. I have provided a picture file.
