Terms and Conditions Plugin Question

Responsive Realestate theme –

The plugin is great, but, on the add-listing page it isn’t at the bottom it has inserted itself above the google map feature which is at the bottom of the add listing page.

I’ve deactivate/removed all plugins and reactivated to no avail..

What do I need to do to have it be the last item before SAVE on the add listing page?
