Tabs to show like standard install

I created new home page with WP editor, all fine, but how can I create the same style with tabs as the original install has, see screenshot tabs3
I installed tabs in builder, completed names, but I am lost in the editor field to create the needed shortcodes and settings code to show the different categories and functions
