Star Rating – How does it work?

Dear All,

I don’t quite understand how star rating works in AP 5.4.

I have enabled it in general settings, 2 bidders have given a less than a 5 star feedback, respectively, yet it continues to show that there are “100% positive feedbacks”. (Both bidders logged in when giving their star rating and have given text ratings as well.)

So, could someone tell me please how “x% positive feedbacks” and the rating shown by the stars work together?
