Something else..

I am trying to build a page. I have used the page builder and have a Heading Box 1 with sub-heading text. Every time I go through these steps:

1) Add text to the subheading field
2) Click save
3) Click update
4) Click preview

What happens? The default lorum ipsum text appears! This is quite obviously wrong. What is up with this theme where basic things are not working properly?

Can anyone help? I’m starting to lose faith with this theme and support and feel like I am going to have investigate other alternatives.
