    I have a customer who wants allow someone to win an auction but when it comes to paying online it goes they cannot. The system sends customer email and the payment methods he would like them to use.

    Is that simple turn off all payment gateways and sending the winner of the auction payment details for the customers, I think this is possible but making sure.
