Show number of listings left

Hi, I may be mistaken if I say I think I have seen it somewhere. Say for ex. a user has a membership package and can list 10 listings.

Say he has listed 3 so far, is there any way the theme can show on his account how many listing he still have available on his membership?

Another thing, I have added custom fields. Now on my single listings page, the custom fields shows great, however the Category is right at the bottom. Is there a way that I can move it up to under the price? See attachment.

A last thing, can I rename the “Contact Author” email button to for instance “Contact Agent”?
