Shop Theme Custom fields UI

Hi guys,

I particularly find the Listing Setup>Custom Fields UI in DT, CT and VT extremely efficient when adding, editing and deleting newly created custom fields and manipulating the display via Page Setup.

That said, the shop theme custom field process is a little harder to use.
I want to know how to add Display Captions and Field Types (input, text, checkbox, radio) to newly added custom fields, but there doesn’t appear to be the option to add these?

Does anyone know if this is possible?
