Shipping costs not being added

Afternoon everyone.

I just flicked a mock site over to live site.

Yes – I tested everything.

I’m running 8.9.4 as there seems no sensible way to move to 8.9.6 without having to start again.

So we just received our first order on the new site. Unfortunately shipping costs have not been included – even though I tested them for every region and every product.

Anyone know why this would happen (as we can’t no go and ask for the extra payment – existing customer etc).

Why would the theme not add in shipping? As this is a new theme all users are going to register. Would registering have an effect on this?

Bit of a worry really and making think about reverting to the old system.

I guess I could add in the shipping cost to the product price and then do free shipping, but that would be problematic for overseas orders.

Any help would be gratefully received.
