SEO: Title for "State" search queries

Hello, it seems we are missing a basic SEO feature with Premium Press: when you make searches using the advanced search options to the left, the title doesn’t show what is being searched. So if for example I check the Louisiana state field and click on search, the title for the results page is just:

« Search results « Website Name

I don’t mind if this happens when using the search tool, but I need a way to show all properties on a State or ZIP and have the State or Zip shown in the title for SEO purposes. I will create a page with several links links like “Houses in Texas”, “Appartments in Delaware” etc and need the title of the page to show that.

How do I do this?
