Search Listing Restriction

Hi,

Please can you tell me if it is possible to restrict access to The search listings page, for example only logged in users can see the search results.

I have restricted access to the individual listing pages but would like the search results page to also be restricted in some way so users must create a listing and be logged in to see the search results.

Ideally I would only like logged out users to be able to access the home page and add listing page.
