RSS – XML Problem

I have checked everywhere & cannot find a solution to this issue.

I get an error message at https://www.myjamii.com/feed/ that says –

“This page contains the following errors:

error on line 193 at column 31: Input is not proper UTF-8, indicate encoding !
Bytes: 0x1F 0x63 0x65 0x20

Below is a rendering of the page up to the first error.”

Am using DirectoryPress 7.1.3 and WP 3.5.2

Any assistance would be apreciated.
