Returns

Has anyone considered how they will handle returns within their auction site? I don’t think anything is built in for this and I’m realizing we should add some input fields for seller to input their return policy. Then I’m also wondering how returns would be handled within the system, such as the request for return by the buyer and the communication between seller and buyer regarding return shipping, etc.

Any thoughts?
