Responsive Shop V8 Submenus do not show

I am trying to get submenus to work with the responsive shop theme v8. I am using a child theme and have the menu set under appearance with the submenus set as well.

The site is one I am trying to update from an older version of the responsive shop theme and the menu works fine on the older site.
