Responsive Coupon Help

Hi,

I’ve entered google ad code into the advertising slots provided, can anyone tell me how to centralize the adverts?

Also, can anyone tell me any possible reason why the ‘Get Code’ button would disappear from all the coupons? I’ve got no plugins activated, i’m using wordpress 3.6.1, the php check is ok, and i’m on shared hosting with Hostgator.
