I cant figure out how to replace the ” $ ” .. :/

I need to use other currencies and thats why i need to change them ..

In the same round i think i can ask another question. If you look picture number 2 u can see year and engine. How can i translate them? And if you see the 100,000 km, how can i put a ” . ” in the middle instead of an ” , ” ?
