Remove Add Listing button for jobsearchers and disable addthis buttons

I have setup the jobboard and translated the frontend to my native language.

Now i’m struggling with two major issues before i can give it a go to go live.
1. add listing button is shown to all users. Because i want users to register all users get the button in pages like search or listings page. I would like to disable the button and only to allow administrator or job-submitters to have this functionality, not the jobseekers.
2. addthis.com buttons are shown. What i tried is to use user ‘off’ in misc settings, disable addthis.com social icons in misc settings etc. but none will work.
3. i used custom registration fields for my jobseekers to complete fields required for job-submitters to match; as for the registration as jobseeker upload of a resume is included, i would like to be able only have a submit button within a job listing detail to apply on a job as jobseeker. Now i have to fill in name, email etc. whereas i already be logged in the portal. The custom page setup has [button] and [contact] but only for details and registration fields mentioned (email name etc.)

How can i resolve these issues?
