PSD folder update

Ok I updated to RCPT4.3 and so far I am loving it but I am confused about the PSD folder in the my downloads area
1. what exactly is in that file and is it critical because I just realized I had not downloaded it and I already started to input and play in the admin area after my initial download. does this require I start over again or can it be added after the fact?
2. how exactly do I upload this PSD guy because I tried the typical method of install themes, upload and selecting the zip file and its telling me I am missing the styles file?
3. if the answer to #2 is ftp it, where exactly do I unzip my new psd file to i.e. Into which folder or do I create a new directory within the CP4.3 folder?
