Problem with widget panel colour

    Hi guys looking for some help.

    I have a catagories widget on my site and for some reason on the home
    page the panel colour stays white but displayes as the colour I choose for
    it ub ecery other page it shows on. Anyone any idea why this is happening??

    I will include pictures to show what I mean
