Paypal Adaptive Payment plugin not working

Hi. I have installed the Paypal adaptive payment plugin and set the commission to 5%. I have also removed the house commission from the auction setup section. I enabled the Paypal adaptive plugin and left the standard paypal gateway active (as recommended to do so). I have also requested API credentials from my paypal business account and filled them in.

but it doesn’t appear to be working at all? I have been doing dummy transactions live and there is no evidence of the payment being split. Is there anything I am missing?
