Page Navigation Does not work!

    Please see attache I selected Display page navigation to YES to show navigation on homepage if we have list more.

    Then Homepage show navigation but it does not work. Normally page will most recent list. When we want to see older list. I click page 2 or 3 or…. Nothing change. It still show page 1(most recent list as usual.
