Packages / Membership issues

Hello,

I am having a very difficult time setting up the packages and membership options. I want to have 4 different types of people able to post ads:

1) Individual people: they will be allowed to post only 1 free ad for 30 days. While their current ad is displayed, they shouldn’t be able to post new ads. If they wanted to post another ad, they could do it for a small $10 fee.

2) Real Estate companies (Basic Plan): they will be allowed to post up to 100 ads on a 365 day period. They will have to pay say $100 per year.

3) Real Estate companies (Pro Plan): they will be allowed to post unlimited ads on a 365 day period. They will have to pay say $200 per year.

4) Administrator: as admin, I should be able to post unlimited ads for a 365 day period for free.

Nothing I do in the setup page is letting me do any of this. For example, if I register with the individual plan I’m able to post more than 1 ad. I guess the same problem would allow a Basic Real Estate company to post more than the 100 limit I setup.

I’ve been dealing with this the whole day unable to find a solution.
