Orders in queue

Hi,

Is it possible to add the following features to the theme”

1. add orders in queue feature that will show visitors the number of orders seller currently have waiting to do just as on fiverr

2. add mutual agreement cancellation that will allow both buyer and seller to cancel order just as on fiverr. buyer can request for order cancellation and seller can decide to accept the cancellation request or not

3. option to allow seller to enter requirement during creating a job
