No comment functionality in 8.9 Stable?

    Trying a test auction and I cannot see the comment button. I have double checked the page setup to make sure it has the comment shortcode in it (which it does) and I have checked the PremiumPress demo (which also doesn’t have it).

    Has this been removed?
