Negative Amount Balance – Commission Fee

I’m not seeing an option to remove a negative balance / commission fee from a sellers account.

Here’s the problem: I set my site up to take a commission fee if the sellers item sells… Well lets say the seller sells an item, but buyer does not pay for the item, seller waits and gets no payment or contact from the buyer so seller re-lists the item. Now seller is still stuck with the negative amount balance / commission fee, when they never received payment from the buyer.

Any help with this would be appreciated.
