need help please guys as premium press can not sort it!

Right i am starting to feel like i am being taken for a ride now by this company now.

I entered a ticket 3 days ago now [#MNQ-915-13702]: for a buy it now issue where 2 people can buy the same listing before the listing gets removed from listing page. This is clearly an on going issue as i have seen the same problem time and time again in these forums! Twice i have enquired in live chat just to have Alex ignore the chat and close the screen.

I have been very patient and polite so far but now i am starting to loose my rag!

What are you guys running here?

Your ticket software is clearly not working correctly!

Mark i have sent multiple emails to you today. All have been ignored.
If you can not fix this issue i would rather you all told me you can not rather than ignoring me hoping i will go away! What am i supposed to do with my website if 2 people can buy the same listing! This issue should be a priority not just left.

I have put a lot of money into this website with advertising etc.. And it clearly is an unfinished product. i CAN NOT RUN A BUSINESS LIKE THIS!!!!!

What is the company registration number please? Do you actually have a registered office or business premises here in the UK i can visit to get these issues sorted out face to face? If i need to hire a coder then please bloody tell me and i will!
