Need 2 different User Profiles

Hi All,

My website attrackts 2 types of visitors;
1- BusinnesOwners ( Who will Submitt their business on our website)
2- Normal visitors (Looking for information)

When both type of visitors register on my website, they get the same registrationform.
After logged in they see the same profile page.

I want to avoid Normal visitors of submitting Ads.
I want to avoid Normal vistors to see the Packages
I want to avoid Normal vistors to have “Add listing in their Profile Page”

Any idea how to achieve this?
