My site is live – feedback more than welcome!

Hey guys,

Finally after few months of self learning and loads of struggles, my first ever website is live !!!

I would really appreciate your feedback on the website (both from computer and mobile).

The ads are fake ads if you wonder as I am still fixing some bugs before sending out invitations to my contact and start the learning part of SEO !

I have also some unsolved questions, if you can help:
– When a candidate upload his/her CV on his/HER account, where can s/he see it?
– As this is a responsive Job Board Theme, I believe that when a candidate apply to a job, the CV is sent to the employer who posted the listing, right? Well this is not happening, any idea why?
– All my emails sent are going to spam boxes due to this being added next to my email address: “via gator4206.hostgator.com”. Can I remove this?
