Multiple Lot Auctions

Greetings,

I would like to start an auction website, however I am looking for something much more simple than the standard or penny auctions. I am looking for the capability to have individual auctions and within each individual auction there will be individual items or lots that buyers can bid on. Basically, an approved seller by admin can only create an auction and within each auction they can specify the times the auction will end, specify their individual terms of the auctions, and add individual lots to their auctions. Buyers can bid on each lot with a softclose (anti-snipe) and proxy capabilities.
