Multiple Issues need fixing before website launch

I have created a support ticket for this but thought some of you may have the answers.

CSV Imports – URGENT

I have 2046 products listed yet am only given the option to download 0-1000 and 1000-2000
If clicking the export ALL option, it only exports 1000

When making changes and re-uploading the CSV it changes all SKU codes to a 5 digit number (listing number I think)
How can I stop this from happening as the SKU number is very important.

This function is imperative to the operation of my clients website as they need to import 1000’s of products annually and are waiting on a CSV template from me to fill out 2015 products.

Shippable/Taxable – IMPORTANT

Under Toolbox, clicking the make ALL products shippable and the button to make ALL products taxable does NOT work.
I also cant change this via CSV re the above issue.

It also cannot be changed via phpMyAdmin

My Account – IMPORTANT
=======================

Country/State selection NOT working.
Current fix: Select country, save. Select State, save.
This is clunky and to include instructions to a customer to do this would just look unprofessional.

My previous ticket for this was looked at and a solution was being worked on, has that solution happened?

A.Net – IMPORTANT
=======================

A.Net seems to work fine however no invoice number is sent through nor a list of the cart contents, is that normal behaviour?

Also, upon payment, a receipt page is now shown with a “click here” at the top which takes you to the call back URL. This was implemented by Michael when A.Net wasn’t working at all.

How can this be edited to make it more prominent?

Is it possible to have Billing and Shipping information options at checkout instead of just Delivery Details?
