    I am using the new childtheme sept blue here.

    My top menu navigation displays on load, and disappears when scrolling down (as expected) however in most browsers, when scrolling backup the menu does not reappear as it should. this happens on all pages. I only see it working properly on my desktop/chrome. all other browsers on desktop and laptop, the menu does not reappear – leaving the top portion of page misaligned. Any ideas on a fix?
