Menus and Sub Menus

I have created a menu – Clients>Add Listing
>Learn more

When I look on my mobile (i)phone and borrowed Surface Pro – I can see the Add Listing and Learn More but not on the laptop I am using. I will try another as soon as I can get one but I just do not see why it appears the way it should on 2 out of 3 devices.

All I have to do is what I have done right to achieve this menu/sub-menu right? as attached
