Memberships Not Functional

The test accounts that I’ve created were all using a trial membership package, which gave access to the site for 7 days. The seven days are up, and the test profiles are still active. Whats more confusing to me is that here is a little “renew now” button on the dashboard page that, when clicked, gives the profile a free 30 days pass.

I really need to get this working, and I appreciate any help you can give me.
