Member Profile and Category restrictions

Hi . I need help with the following

1)I would like to completely remove the members option of having a background picture
2)I would like all a members listings to appear on his profile page (sort of his own website page within my site)

3) members list vehicles that are viewable to anyone that visits the site by selecting a public category, I would also like for them to be able to select category (trade) which can list vehicles only viewable by other members(dealers-a wholesale portal between the dealers)(these should not be viewed by the general public
